VERY slow transfer from NV+ to Ultra 4
Afternoon lads, I've trawled through the forums and gone slightly blind looking for solutions to this, so please forgive me if I've managed to miss the simple and obvious solution :) I am trying...
Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't think thats the actual problem for 2 reasons: 1, its Mac hardware but I run Ubuntu on it, and 2, the slowdown happens when the Mac is out of the loop going directly from NAS-NAS, and AFP is off...
This thing is immensly frustrating. It defies all logic that adding an item to the chain will make it faster.. :)
