He means, open your web browser, go to the ip address of your NAS, where you'll find the Web Interface of your NAS. eg. https://192.168.1.101/admin and enter user name as admin, and your password. Alternatively, I think RAIDar also has an option to open the Web UI via a button at the bottom of the program, called SETUP.
In Frontview, (the NAS Web UI) you go to Backup, and create a backup job.
