Video Stuttering / RN312 6.1.6 / Panasonic TV

Installed 6.1.7 RC1 on the weekend and started getting the stuttering - strange as I presume it included the above fix. Reverted to 6.1.6 + patch but still getting stuttering. Confirmed its not the actual video file as it plays perfectly from USB in TV.
