many thanks to skywalker. Your solution works fine.
I have been testing from last friday and it's perfect.
It solved also the usb external hard disk problem.
Back up jobs on those disks now works, before that I have had several problem.
I contacted also the netgear customer service and I explained which was the solution, I am waiting for the reply.
