Wow, that's pretty bad behavior by the TV. That's quite a lot of connections they're keeping open. I wonder why. I suppose it could be network-related, but it's hard to say. You could try bumping up the max connection limit by doing something like:
echo max_connections=250 >> /etc/minidlna.conf.local
