I agree, netgear should at least have a SIMPLE process fro us users to follow so we can try as users to resolve the problem rather than constantly trying the numerious solutions listed in so many posts. Netgear, you can't understand the frustration us users have. Please help or at least make a statment saying you arent going to look at the issue. That way we can all sell our NAS's and go for another product and stop wasting time.
As a guess, I have spent at least 30 hours on this issue trying to find a solution.
