I have just been on the phone with technical support.
Unfortunately, the lovely staff were not able to provide any further assistance than advising I should read and follow FAQ and forums.
Too my mistake, I had missed one of the suggestions in the forum "adjusting throttling"

I have now made this change and it has made no difference.
