VLC 2.0 Supports ReadyDLNA
FYI: VLC 2.0 has been released with a new interface on Mac that includes full DLNA support

- FWIW: Seems to work very well - haven't found a Format that is not picked up by ReadyDLNA and streams perfectly to VLC. This includes MKV rips of BlueRay material over Wireless N. Multiple Audio tracks and subtitles are there too (always were for local files, but shows ReadyDLNA just streams the media as is and it's the client that needs to do the "work")
The interface (not video) seems to freeze every now and then with the spinning beach ball - but looking very good for a .0 release
