I have reviewed the information from the system logs of your NAS. It seems like disk 1 on your NAS has 43 reallocated sectors. The usual threshold is about 100 but it would be better that you back up the data on your drive 1. Your drive might fail in any moment so it would be better to replace it now with a healthy drive. Since you have RAID 1 setup, the new drive replacement should automatically sync with your current volume once you insert it
