Volume is read-only

Hi,

I have a ReadyNAS102 and the volume is read only. I can't access any data from shares, only from the GUI. Version is 6.9.4 Hotfix1.

According to log from GUI : "Volume: The volume data encountered an error and was made read-only. It is recommended to backup your data."

Go deeper in dmesg :

Is there any tool I could launch to fix this and get back my device running ?

Thanks for help.

    Hi mattjam

    Welcome to the Community!

Have you tried rebooting the NAS? It might be best if you do a full backup of your data using the GUI or if you can access the shares.

This might need escalation since there are BTRFS errors and data is involved but if you have backup, doing a Factory reset is also an option.

You may want to contact Support for assistance on escalating a case.

    Hope this helps!
