Volume not accesible
If I boot the NAS, my /data volume is OK but the 2 EDA500 are showing as red and volume inaccesible. When I boot readonly, I see everything perfectly fine. If I reboot from the UI, even /data shows...

I inquired on your case and it is now handled by a Level 3 expert. Volume on one of your EDA500 is currently resyncing whene done they will try to check if it's mountable.
Support is available 24/7 the expert handling the case might have be offline when you contacted them. It would be better if you leave your NAS on TS mode and wait or a response from the expert handling it.
