What is wrong?
I assume something is wrong. It must be said, that i am quite novice in the setup of NAS drives.. A few days ago i happily recieved a Netgear Readynas duo with a 1 TB harddrive preinstalled. It was...
Yes, of course.
The direct connection showed best performance in the drag and drop test, however it seemed to be as if the ethernet connection had the most fluent loading of pictures, when viewing them in the std. windows 7 picture viewer.
The direct connection copied the small 139 MB .avi file in about 7 seconds, both ways.
The ethernet connection copied the file in from my laptop to the NAS in about 20 seconds and it copied the file back from the NAS in 13 seconds.
