What's the benefit of joining a NAS to the domain?
We use our NAS to only backup a single to over ISCSI. Just wondering what benefit would I gain by joining it to the domain?
For windows machines that's a little more than that but for linux that's quite limited.
For windows it would also mean GPO and NAP with all that it implies.
