hello, we've got 2 ReadyNAS Pro Business Edition NAS1 is used for Active Directory files sharing, ESX 5.1 server (iscsi), streaming video, etc .... and NAS2 is only used for backup using rsync ...
we use the 4.2.20 firmware and it is very reliable. No need to update, our Nas are not available from outside ;)
