Cheers, some screen shots in a dropbox account. Sorry I don't seem to be able to embed them. I think I've included everything but let me know if any element is missing. The user credentials on the NAS are the same as those for the Windows machines. This is Peer to Peer - we are not using domain control or anything like that.

some users to be able to read\write all on there as files are added by other users in the list. At a later date I'd like to add\amend individual user access for either read only or no access.
