Windows VSS backup quesiton
I was wondering if anyone had any experience with setting up a Readynas as a backup destination (iSCSItraget) to backup a Windows server 2012r2 running Hyper-V with Host & Guest OS installed. I am looking to preform a full bare metal backup using the Microsoft backup software from the Host OS and have it saved to a iSCSI target on a Readynas unit. should I have any issues doing this? any precautions? Any recovery issues to consider?
