I have done that already but it has not wiped everything off as the old DB for DLNA still remains which is one of the main problems. I know this device has mechanical problems and Netgear are willing to replace it under warranty but I will damned if I am to pay $120 from my pocket to ship it to Netgear Australia on the east coast where I am on the west coast. They are just tight a$$ buggers for expecting me to pay for shipping on a warranty item.
