Glad to see it works better.
I have Netgear GS108tV1 switches, but the DHCP is still provided by my Modem/Router - a Linksys AM200.
Don't forget to have a look at the NIC drivers also.
In my experience Routers are pretty poor at switching so better to get a decent switch and connect the Router into the switch.
