Wrong Serial Number (N0NE00020000) on RNDP6000
Hi,
I have this issue https://community.netgear.com/t5/Using-your-ReadyNAS-in-Business/ReadyNAS-PRO-missing-model-name-and-serial-number/m-p/2230734#M196567 after having upgraded my ReadyNAS Pro 6 to the OS6. The model number is gone and the serial number is wrong.
Can someone help me ?

This means the VPD is corrupt. Only Netgear can fix it (they can do it remotely). Normal Netgear support won't, as their policy doesn't let them support legacy NAS converted to OS6.
But often the mods ( Marc_V or JeraldM ) have done this as a courtesy, so I am tagging them.
