For those ReadyNAS NV+ users with a busted power power supply, unable to find the rather pricy RND4PSU1-10000S OEM replacement;
The NV+ uses a generic Flex ATX power supply ST-220FUB05E made by SEVENTEAM.

These will sell for around $30 and are readily available at various computer hardware outlets. There are also several models from other manufacturers with the same form factor that can be used.
Note that Netgear has modified the stock PSU in two ways:
-The 40mm fan from the stock PSU has been removed, which is probably the reason these units are more prone to failure. I removed the fan but am considering to modify the back panel of the PSU chassis to accomodate the fan since noise is not really a problem in my case. Up to you.
-The ATX power connector of the NV, NV+ and 1100 is slightly different from the standard ATX pinout. The -12V (blue) and -5V (white) have to be changed to +12V (yellow). This is really easy. Just compare the wire colors of your original PSU connector with the replacement and change according to this document:

Pay attention to pin 12 and pin 18.
