XRaid2 upgrade 5x2 to 3x2 + 2x3 - nothing happens?

Hello all, i thought i understood the concept, prob not. I have an Ultra6 readynas which first had 3x2tb installed and later on 2x2tb in an XRaid2 setup. So 5x2tbwas installed which gave me prox 7,...

I did a reboot after every resync, so 1st disc replaced, resync and reboot, second disc replaced , resync and a reboot. No expansion

I just did a reboot again, lets hope it will do the expansion. this is my setup, disc 4 and 5 were replaced by 3tb discs
