Nothing will connect to my Satellite

My house is a conundrum, but still....

I have a satellite (the only satellite) installed about 50 feet indoors from my router, hung on a wall with the official wall hanging bracket. It's connected to the router and says it's "good".

I have two SSID's set up, "7034895325" is my IOT network, password protected, and it's set to only use 2.4ghz.

Main network, let's call it "shaffer7" is also password protected all as shown here:

NO devices connect to my satellite. There are several devices within 10 feet of the satellite, and a number closer to the satellite than to the router. Even my phone doesn't connect to the satellite, despite weak signal from the router (iphone 16 pro)....

My house had 56 devices.... Most are IOT.

I've power cycled some devices... No joy. I've power cycled the satellite... No Joy.

What firmware version is running on this Orbi 770 system?

(The most current version is 10.5.19.5)

Do you have a portable device with an Ethernet adapter that can be temporarily connected to the satellite?

(because so few devices are equipped with Ethernet these days, I purchased some Ethernet to USB adapters from Amazon (under $20 each) that allow me to connect my smartphone, tablet, Chromebook, laptop, etc. to Ethernet.)

How is the RBS connected, wireless or ethernet to the RBR?

Try leaving the RBS ON and power OFF the RBR for 10 seconds then power back ON.

Firmware up to date. I did cycle power on the router, leaving satellite up. No joy.

I also cycled power on the Satellite, leaving the router up. No joy.
