Facetime Audio Lag with Nighthawk XR500
Hi,
For a couple of month ago I changed my old Asus router to a XR500, but since then the audio is laging when using facetime on iPhone. I have tested several iPhones with the same results.
I have a fiber connection, stable at 500/500Mbs and I did not have this issue with my asus router.
Any ideas?

Is the issue occurring with other devices and/or apps?
What is the firmware currently installed on the XR500?
Does your ISP router still have its wifi enabled?

Hi,
Sorry for not getting back earlier, I have the router at my country house.No the problem is only occurring when using facetime via iOS. I use Teams and Zoom via computer and work fine.The firmware installed is; V.2.3.2.66. The IPS only installed a fiber box, no Wifi or router.All the best,Fredrik- ValerieDCommunity Manager

Ok, so you mean the XR500 is directly plugged into the ONT?
Which iOS version do you have installed on your iPhone?
Could you try Teams or Zoom on that same iPhone and see how it works?
