R7500 QOS does not work.

The router works with China Telecom network in Shanghai, China. i want to enable dynamic QOS and use speedtest to test the internet bandwidth. but it reports it cannot connect internet. "The Speedtest fails to detect the bandwidth, please check your Internet connection or try again later."
