2048 bit CSR and Self-Signed Certificate Capability for Business Products (Like all switches)

We're missing the ability to generate CSRs with 2048 bit on the Netgear Business products (like the Smart Manged Plus, Smart Managed Pro, Managed Switches, coming-up Routers like the BR500, and solo the ability to generate self-signed certificates accordingly.
