Add options to UPnP

I was informed by support that UPnP cannnot be turned off if we use insight.

Many folks like to keep UPnP off for security reasons. If it is needed for insight then perhaps you can add some additional options so that it is active in a limited scope. Example, only allow Insight to utilize this
