I offer RBK 352 model to several businesses, and I need to manage it later after installation, but in the Orbi app, I can only mark it with the model name as in the picture. In situations where you have to manage like me, it should have to easily know which model is which business. I hope I can change the name instead of the model name so that I can know easier.

I understand your need to customize the model names in the Orbi app for easier management, but currently, it's not a feature that's available. - Go to the Orbi app
- Tap the device
- No rename option (just shows model)
- Would be great if we could tag them like “Client1_RBK352”
Hope this issues solved by following above steps. also make sure that the orbi app you are using is properly isntalled on your device and completely working. Get this app from a safe appstore
