we like to have rebooting access points functionality available from Insight Cloud Portal. Its very time consuming to reboot AP one by one manually after every other week.

APs shouldn't need frequent Reboots, if they do, then you should troubleshoot them to see what maybe causing problems to have you reboot them frequently.
One can reboot APs from the Insight app I believe.
