Allow Variable Power Output on ORBI satellites

I beleive it would be extremly helpful to allow ORBI owners the ability to change power levels on  satellites by frequency, e.g., 2.4 gHz and 5 gHz. This option may help some owners to eliminate crosstalk between satellites and constant device switching between satellites in certain situations.
