Rbr850 does not support Circle. I would like to suggest that this become available as we like the option to manage our network using this application. I have an active account that I can no longer use since upgrading to the newest system.

Does Netgear have plans to include Circle on the RBR850 equipment?

I just bought and received my brand new RBK852 WiFi 6 pair. I bought it in part because Circle was supported, via the Netgear link on this page: https://www.netgear.com/landings/circle/ which links to the supported routers: https://www.netgear.com/orbi/wifi-systems.aspx.
Feel very misled! Netgear PM group, need an update on when this functionality will be released ASAP, given your misleading sales material, which violates truth in advertising laws.
We are now stuck working from home with kids who need to be studying given cancellation of schools, and who all of a sudden have open access to the Internet all day. Jerks.

This would be a considerable upgrade for these routers. Currently there is no parental control control at all available.

Please advise when Circle will be available on the AX platform.

Please, please add Circle as soon as possible!
It's inconceivable a 700 euro wifi mesh without parental control
(and Circle was a very good one)

I agree. Circle support must be added to the RBR850 as soon as possible. I have a Circle account and will have to cancel it.
I can't believe that such an expensive Netgear Home router doesnt have this feature enabled.

Has anyone from Netgear acknowledged and or responded to these repeated requests? I am feeling more that a little burned. I would have never purchased my Orbi without parental controls.

JD - nope nothing nada. I run a software company and if any of my groups did this I'd be embarrassed and on the war path. No comms.
I bought an external circle device months ago BTW. My kids were going down the tubes with free range internet. It's an expense I should not have had to incur, and I run the risk of them unplugging it every day. But, thankfully they haven't figured that out yet.
Sorry no good news.

Wow - that stinks. So, we are left to speculate whether Netgear may or may not add Circle support. You could agrue that they will because their marketing materials suggest as such. Plus other Orbi models support Circle and it would be odd to leave out just a few variants withing the same product line - especially at the higher end. Of course, that's just speculation and even if they were to add support we have no idea of the timing. I'd like to avoid spending more money on a stand-alone Circle if Netgear will add Circle support in a few weeks. I already spent a lot of money on what I thought would satisfy my family's needs and throwing more money at this is unacceptable.
Netgear has mismanaged expectations of product features and there has been no communication to set the record straight. Being left to speculate Netgear's intentions is disappointing to say the least. In the meantime, my kids will come to see that parental controls are no longer in place and that's not cool.Is this thing on?

No... still no response or acknowledgment from Netgear. I guess when you own to market, you don't have to acknowledge your customers. Maybe they will add Circle. Maybe they won't. One thing is for sure... they don't care about the every day consumer.
