This is the only feature that's stopping me from upgrading to the Orbi from my N600 ... can Netgear engineering please add thjis feature request :-

Agree - I have found that every router I've ever had ran better with a nightly reboot. Please don't overthink this and try to have it be tied to the internet not being accessible - keep it simple as a a scheduled reboot time, and the days of the week it applies to.
Agreed, or at least auto reboot when the internet has been down for a pre determined amount of time
- In the meantime, for $10 or less at your local hardware store you can buy a lamp timer that can power cycle it for you in the middle of the night.
Agree - would be a helpful - and simple addition.
I agree, I would love to have it reboot on a scheduled basis
