DHCP Lease Time

BUMP! Basic functionality here, Netgear.

You should be ashamed to sell a $300+ router without features that are available in a $40 Linksys!

It's WAY PAST TIME! What, pray tell, is it going to take to get this change, not just for this particular router but for all of this class of router. I'm VERY sorry to say that I'll be looking to another vendor for me and my clients. Sigh.😑 

Please add DHCP Least time !

As part of its continuous buffering troubleshooting protocol, my Google Nest Outdoor IQ videocamera's support page recommends setting the DHCP lease time on my R7900 Nighthawk router "to at least 2 hours".

I've examined all of the basic and advanced menus for managing my router and cannot find any way to set the lease time, only release/renew, which sets the already low lease obtained / lease expired values back to zero.

Please add the ability to set this router's DHCP lease time. This will help those of us home router users who are not network analysts and know nothing of uploading features via "Telnet".

What's the estimate for this feature?

R9000 disconnects from from Fiber due to aggressive DHCP lease times.

This needs a Hot Fix now.

It will open up work working around issues of this category (i.e. DoS attack -> Wifi down), by increasing DHCP lease time:

Don't require help myself, can just ssh/telnet and adjust DHCP lease, highlighting you on behalf of all other poor bastards that are bound to Netgear GUI.

Please please please implement this change.  I just purchased the Netgear Nighthawk r7000 and this is the most advance router I have ever owned plus I have about 25 devices in my home and when they start renewing it is bogging down my wireless side and with working from home more these days and my daughter home doing remote school work.

Please add a option for the R700 to specify a dhcp lease time.
