Ref. WiFi schedule: As the Wifi Extender UI says: It's a WiFi Access Schedule, not a radio scheduler. A radio scheduler on a network infrastructure device is not very practical, as bringing the radio up - especially on the mandatory DFS 5 GHz bands - can cause a major delay to availability, up to 10 minutes. One could consider taking down the SSID on the AP side, however the extender should - in my opinion - keep the network connection to the master router resp. the mesh up 24*7. Ok, not a secret, I'm not the one wearing aluminum hats - my WiFi is always up 24*7 because lots of tasks and jobs on portable and even on mobile devices happen over night, like data and App backups.
However, I fully agree with the option to disable at least some of the LED for certain environments. But then I also know that this will cause confusion. Was just asked by a customer why the new wireless infrastructure is not operational thee days. Of course it is - all LED (except of the power) - are disabled on the WAC.
