Back in 2017 there has been word in the forum that the EX6150v2 would eventually get 5GHz DFS channel support via a firmware.
We're well in 2019 now and still no new firmware is released.
I am using the EX6150v2 as an accesspoint via a wired connection in combination with a R7800 X4S that does support DFS channels. I am, however, living in Europe so the R7800 can only effectively use 160MHz channelwidth in the lower frequency range (channels 36 - 64). With its current firmware the EX6150v2 can now only transmit in the lower channels (36 - 48) only, so it prevents the R7800 from using the 160 MHz bandwidth, simply because the EX6150v2 interferes. With DFS support added in the firmware, the EX6150v2 would be able to transmit in the middle channel range (100 - 116) and would not interfere with the R7800.

My wifi extender thinks channel 56 is a Dfs channel with the European regional setting. In the UK where I live channel 56 has absolutely no restrictions and is not a dfs channel, however Netgear don't seem to know these regional settings and apply us restrictions to UK users. Is there anything that can be done to solve this.
