Extender AX1600 (EAX12) - Add block connection as default for Access Control

Hi support,
for improove security using extender, the "Access control" should be configurable in block mode for all except for withelisted MAC address.
This is the best parctice mode to avoid breach in an exitent wifi network.
Possible scenario:
- Exitent wifi: MYWIFI

- Configuration: only approved mac address in whitelist can join the network

- Add ax1600 extender with access control enabled. If an unwanted client discover the password of MYWIFI network, can connect to the network using the signal repeated from Access point

This will cause a security breach.
Should be enough have the possbility to block all NOT whitelisted mac address on the extender when enabling "access mode" function
