Hi, I'd like to add to the comments here that updates to the Parental Controls features should include:
1. Ability to apply content filters and basic service access by device MAC address, not by assigned IP.
2. Ability to default contect access to "everything" and time access to "all hours" for all devices except specific MAC addresses
3. Give each device MAC address the abiltity to setup various time schedules with varying levels of basic access permissions and/or content filtering
e.g. Allow low filtering from 10am-2pm, high fitlering from 6pm-11pm and no wifi access at all from 11pm-6am the next day)
4. If #2 not available, then an easy way to bypass content/time access for allowable devices without having to login to Netgenie using admin credentials and without having to change the settings (this would be in the case where your child is legitimately doing homework past their allowable hours or accessing a legit site that it flagged as suspect)
To sum up...MAC address!!! All parental control features should revolve around the devices themselves, not IP addresses (that supposedly can be changed).
I'm currently using your AC1750 Smart WIFI Router (Model 6400)
