[LB2120 successor] - Add a table that shows the signal quality/strength of all bands

• Add a table that shows the signal quality/strength of all bands, and not only the one selected by the modem. It gives us some information about the available signals in the area. That information is useful if you want to choose the right external antenna (multi-band vs single-band)
• Add a manual mode that allow us to force the modem to use a specific band (ex: 800Mhz vs 1800Mhz).
