MAC filtering by band on Nighthawk RAX80 and S6S Mesh Extender

I can't force some devices, like the XBox ONE, to use 5GHz instead of 2.4GHz, but on my old non-NetGear router I was able to use a MAC filter on the 2.4GHz band to block them from connecting, which forced them to use 5GHz. Being able to filter based on band on these routers and extenders would be a big help.
