A useful feature would be to allow users to add metadata (i.e. image description information displayed when swiping up) to images loaded using an SD Card. This has been discussed with online support who communicated that metadata for SD card images is currently not supported. (Although adding meatdata to images uploaded through the my.meural.com portal is supported.)

Just want to jump on this bandwagon. It should be fairly straightforward to allow us, the users, to include an additional text or json file (preferred) with the art metadata (Artist, Title, Medium, Year, and description), similar to the thumbnail capability, on the SD card. So if my artwork filename is artwork.jpeg, the metadata file could be artwork.jpeg.json or artwork.jpeg.txt.
