If you find yourself having an issue when this device is placed in a static location and you wake up to find it off and the only way to turn it back on is by removing the battery, remove battery permanently, charging the battery constantly causes the modem to over heat and result in shutdown. This is not the same as the automatic wifi shutoff for inactivity.
