Other mesh networks such as Eero and soon Luma support hard wiring your sattelites. I think its extremely important Netgear Orbi does the same. Especially for those of us who can.

ThoOom Yes. SRK60 and SRS60 will support ethernet back haul in lastest firmware as per the link https://kb.netgear.com/000053831/SRR60-SRS60-Firmware-Version-2-1-2-18.

Check if firmware on Orbi units are latest and confirm if App is of latest version. I have tried thrice where I can access it using App though it is set to AP mode.

I agree that Orbi system needs to support hard-wired ethernet backhaul. I have had so much trouble with my satellite that I have actually just turned it off. I see posts in which Netgear employees acknowledged the need for this feature. How long should it take?
