Other mesh networks such as Eero and soon Luma support hard wiring your sattelites. I think its extremely important Netgear Orbi does the same. Especially for those of us who can.

is ethernet backhaul possible on pro series ? (SRK60 + 2 x SRS60) ?
@MoreUsernames: I was able to access Orbi using app when it is in AP mode.
ThoOom Yes. SRK60 and SRS60 will support ethernet back haul in lastest firmware as per the link https://kb.netgear.com/000053831/SRR60-SRS60-Firmware-Version-2-1-2-18.

Does the RBR 50 & RBS 50 support ethernet backhaul?
jvasanth1984 app still doesn’t work. Spends about 2 seconds trying to detect the goes to screen asking if I am connected to wifi
Check if firmware on Orbi units are latest and confirm if App is of latest version. I have tried thrice where I can access it using App though it is set to AP mode.
- Yes app and firmware are up to date Just tried again and it looks like app fails to connect only when iPhone is connected to satellite.
I agree that Orbi system needs to support hard-wired ethernet backhaul. I have had so much trouble with my satellite that I have actually just turned it off. I see posts in which Netgear employees acknowledged the need for this feature. How long should it take?
