The SMS feature is a cell phone service provider and end point device feature. The MR routers would only pass thru any SMS data from phones to the cell service provider. MR would not have it's own SMS services. MR router only act to get or extend Cell phone services to phone devices while on the go or at remote locations. You'll need to discuss SMS features with your cell service provider to see what is available.
