I am assuming that you all have partnered with Amazon and their Alexa team. The next firmware update needs to include speaker integration when playing music across the house. The entire purpose of having an integrated system is to very much be that..... integrated. Your inability to get this figured out greatly decreasing the user/customer experience. I think everyone would greatly benefit from an update that accomplishes this. Thank you.

Wholeheartedly agreed. The main reason I sprang for the Alexa Smart Speaker Satellite model is because I assumed it would be better than another echo dot. Now I need to use them separately which diminishes the experience and point of having a speaker in every room completely. Please figure this out!

Get this done. This defect seriously diminishes the Orbi Voice.
I've gone back two years of comments and they still have done nothing. I have had the Orbi voice for two years and it's been great, but now updated with the new echo show 10 and can't sync the speakers. So now i have two Alexa's yelling at me and can't sync music. How hard can it be? Come

I am way past the time for returning my Orbi Voice Alexa enabled speakers. When is someone from NetHear going to respond with concrete information on the ability to group these speakers in the Alexa App. I finally got around to creating groups only to find out that Orbi Voice speakers don't work with Alexa grouping. This should have been a BIG disclaimer when looking at these devices. What the heck did NetGear think we were doing with these things??? I am quite angry at myself for expecting that NetGear would build a product to reasonable expectations and at NetGear for poor communication and shabby development of this potentially great product. COMMUNICATE WITH IS ON WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH GROUPING ABILITY WITH ORBI VOICE SPEAKERS AND ALEXA!!!
Bump. This should not even have been sold as an Alexa speaker if they can't integrate it properly. How hard can music groups be? Amazon's API is out there and light switches can figure it out.
