Show Statistics, Fix WIFI Up time In Dual Band Routers

Show Statistics reports uptime incorrectly when turn off by schedule is used. If one radio is on a scheduled the show statistics reports that time up for both. If I set 2.4 to follow a scheduled it reports same up time for the 5g.

 

WNDR 3700, 4700, 4000, R 6300v2, 7000, 8000   I suspect all dual band have same issuse.
