I need complete turn off the 5G Hz signal power as I alerge to the 5GHz high frequency signal. the 5G Hz signal made me headache. I called customer suppot and they said it is no way todisable the 5G Hz signal.
In my old router, in the settings, customer can select the signal power level from 0%, 25%, 50% 75% and 100%, and also can set up the time frame associate with the power level. It is make sense, somttimes you need far away to your router and you need it has strong signal, amd most of time, you stay at home, the router just few feet away, you do not need strong signal. As well as if a cusomer only use 2.4GHz wifi connection, then there is no reason to keep the 5G Hz wifi signal on, vice versa. It also save engergy and reduce the electromagnetic pollution in its surrounding space.
I hope Netgrar can implement my suggestion ASAP, as it is reall some very easy to implement.
For now I have to complete turn off the WIF,( 2.4G and 5 G can turn off at the same time in a hard button WIFI on/off in the back of the router) and get long ethernet cable to link to my PC.

What router do you have?
Some do have the option to disable 5ghz. Others don't (mesh systems)
And some you can adjust the broadcast strength.
