On the app, it shows a ghost satellite called "Xerox" and it's disconnected. I never installed this and want to remove it from my network map. The app does not have a remove button, which would certainly make this simple! I searched online and came across several fraudulent sites pretending to be Netgear indicating I could sign in to my account and make changes including removing satellites. I tried this, it didn't work and then discovered it wasn't Netgear and immediately changed my password. Not good! So, HOW DO I REMOVE A DISCONNECTED SATELLITE FROM MY NETWORK MAP?

Maybe post in the Orbi forums For your model Orbi instead of the suggestion or request feature forum which this is.

My suggestion is for Netgear to add an option in the app to remove a disconnected satellite.

I agree that that would be a useful option.

This was a mysterious satellite that appeared back the. Only way to remove it was to factory reset the entire system and setup from scratch.
We've not seen this appear in a long time though.

I had a Blackhawk satellite die and had to replace it with a new one. But the old one that died is still there showing disconnected on my device map. It doesn't really hurt anything, but it's confusing to have it there. It would be nice to be able to remove it without having to totally reset the whole system.
