Update netgear usb control center

I am running High Sierra os 10.13.  USB controller will not install completely.  When the application starts, I get a message that says that it is not installed completely and should be re-installed.  Multiple attemps to no avail. 

I am using OS X Sierra also with a Dymo 4XL printer.  I am unable to download the USB Control Center software.  I would like to set up my ready share printing.  Please help.

My printer is HPlaserjet P1005

I've installed twice It reconize the printer and work as it was really printing but it doesn't print when the process is finished nothing printed.My printer is an HPLaserjet P1005

rick24 Based from our tests the utility is fixed and it is compatible to use with OS X Sierra.

Can you provide us more information? Have you tried reinstalling the software?

I changed from Huawei Pocket Router to Netgear AC810
But it seems it wasn't worth it.. my problem here is i cannot USB tether to my Macbook Pro..
forget about OSX El Capitan, we upgraded to MacOS Sierra Ver. 10.12.4

is there any solution for this? its been more then 3 year
