Hi,

 

I have buy an Arlo Baby last month, and after 2 weeks working, now is blinkling orangem blue purple faster and i have try to reset it but nothing, is returning to the same state,

 

What do you think ?

usu , IIRR, the double flash is updating... but also Purple ( doupble color ) used to be a sign of at max range with the Qs ...

 

Try and move it closer and see if the flashing stops

has anything else changed? location?... putting up a mirror?, etc

 

Have u done a full reset ? ( hold reset for 10 sec till the led flashes ( turn off power switch on battery too first, under feet cover ))

Anyone from support has here and see my problem ?

I need my camera...for the price is the bad news is not working after 2-3 weeks....

The LED pattern appears to indicate a firmware update. How long does it continue to flash amber-blue/purple? Have you allowed the camera to sit for a period of time to see if the LED pattern changes?
