WAC105 Wireless clients showing up as wired
I have the Netgear AP in a bonus room above a detached garage connected to my main router via cat5e. I'm looking at the connected clients on the administration page of the AP. It shows a number of clients that I know from the mac addresses are wireless devices. Yet they are wired. On my main router these also show up as wired but that makes sense because they are connected to the AP, not the main router.
Why are these showing as wired rather than wireless? My main router is an Asus so I'm thinking it can't be getting the client list from that, can it? Shoudn't these show as wireless on the AP?

Come connected devices lists will show from other devices. When I connect an AP to my orbi (in ap mode), each one will show the others devices. But the AP is going to show the orbi's devices as wired and vice versa.
- jamesgangncAspirantYes, I know the other access points show as wired when viewed from this AP. But I have wireless devices that are showing up as wired when they are wireless connected to this AP and I am viewing them on this AP.
