WAX220 POE problem

I tried to connect WAX220 with HPE 1910-8G-PoE+ (180W) JG350A  swich but without success.

I can see "Insufficient Power. Check if AF power is connected instead of AT Power. Turned off both 2.4GHz and 5GHz radios. Connect AT/PoE+ switch for full operation." so I think there is some problem during PoE negotiation between switch and AP. Switch is connected to patch panel and distance between patch panel and AP is approximately two meters.
